How to Place an Order

1. Place your order on the website — provide your full name, exact address, postal code, and preferred delivery method.

2. Our manager will contact you to confirm the details and choose a payment method.

3. Receive your order through the delivery method that works best for you.

If you're in Almaty — we'll send a courier; payment is made upon delivery to your door.

If you're elsewhere in Kazakhstan — delivery by rail is available, significantly reducing delivery time.

If you're in another country or remote region — our manager will select the best transport or postal company for your location.

After placing your order, we'll call you within 24 hours to confirm delivery time. If you don't receive a call, your order didn't go through due to a technical issue. Please place it again or call us directly at: 8 701 771 71 39.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM — delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM — delivered the same day if possible, otherwise the next day.

Delivery in Almaty

Our own courier service operates daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Delivery outside these hours or outside Almaty is arranged by agreement.

Delivery cost within Almaty:

Delivery to Other Regions of Kazakhstan

We ship via Kazpost or Pony Express — or any other method convenient for you. Ask our managers for exact delivery times.

Please note: Shipping to other regions is only processed after phone confirmation and advance payment for the item.

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer to the company account — the invoice will be sent to your email

• Visa card payment

• Cash to courier upon delivery (available in Almaty only)
